"Quick Ones"

Turkey and Avocado Tacos

"Quick ones" are just simple demonstrations for ideas.

Simple and quick, here we use; shallots, canola oil, and diced; avocado, tomato, & turkey, and season with Tapatio Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce) Rick's Chef Salt, sea salt, (and optional fresh ground pepper.) I also like to have some sort of seasoned salad greens on top.

We use both corn and flour tortillas. You'll notice I prefer to cook my tortillas on an open burner of a gas stove. You can also steam them or cook them on a "hot plate" like a well seasoned cast iron pan.

These tacos are great with any kind of birds; chicken, game hens etc.
