"Quick Ones"

Cassoulet Tacos & Burritos

"Quick ones" are just simple demonstrations for ideas.

I always make enough cassoulet to have plenty of leftovers so that I can do a number of other lunches and dinners. Here's a favorite. Fast, simple and so good!

All you need is cassoulet, (duck?), salad greens, burrito and or taco tortillas, a favorite hot sauce, and perhaps some sour cream. Of course it's easy and fun to expand with all kinds of other additions like avocado, tomatoes and more.
