There's
many ways to do an avocado sauce. This one uses; minced
garlic, shallots, olive oil, cilantro, serrano chile, red
chile flakes, Rick's Chef Salt, sea salt, fresh ground
pepper and water to thin and is served warm.
Great
with; all kinds of white meat birds (turkey, chicken, game
hens etc.) fresh fish, shrimp, crab, many cuts of beef and
it's also great with numerous raw and cooked vegetables.
