Warm Avocado Sauce

"Quick ones" are just simple demonstrations for ideas.

There's many ways to do an avocado sauce. This one uses; minced garlic, shallots, olive oil, cilantro, serrano chile, red chile flakes, Rick's Chef Salt, sea salt, fresh ground pepper and water to thin and is served warm.

Great with; all kinds of white meat birds (turkey, chicken, game hens etc.) fresh fish, shrimp, crab, many cuts of beef and it's also great with numerous raw and cooked vegetables. Oh, and tacos...!
