many ways to do a salza. This one uses; whole peeled garlic,
chili's, red onions, red & green bell peppers, celery, olive oil,
red wine vinegar, cilantro, serrano chile, red chile flakes,
Rick's Chef Salt, sea salt, & sometimes I add fresh
with; all kinds of white meat birds (turkey, chicken, game
hens etc.) fresh fish, shrimp, crab, many cuts of beef and
it's also great with numerous raw and cooked vegetables.
Oh, and tacos...!
know how it's spelled but this is not a Mexican salsa!)
