"Quick Ones"

Basic Pork Stew 2

"Quick ones" are just simple demonstrations for ideas.

Our stew is now being transformed into another dish with pasta.

Ingredients:

Any kind of meat stew; lamb, veal, bison, even cubed chicken meat (as in this video).

I also added some asparagus to the dish and then at serving time used some baby artichokes to decorate the plate.

To make:

Heat the stew, make your pasta, adjust seasoning.
