Combining
Favorites

This
is a favorite way for us to eat. A little bit of a number of different
"appetizers" on top of a salad.
Ingredients:
Mix
baby greens salad mix, jamon serrano, pitted dates, Sobrasada sausage,
fresh goat cheese, baby lamb chops, Rick's Chef Salt, Herbs de
Provence and olive oil.
The
Dressing we made consists of;
A
favorite
wine vinegar (I used Sotaroni's 12 year old Pedro Ximenez Vinegar
in the video,) extra virgin olive oil, Rick's Chef Salt,
and
Herbs
de Provence.
To
Make:
Stuff
the dates with Sobrasada sausage, roll in jamon serrano and toast
as shown. Rub the baby chops with Rick's Chef Salt,
and
Herbs
de Provence and saute in a little olive oil. Toss the salad, plate
and serve.
