Oven Roast a
Semi-Boneless Quail

With an Asian twist

Simple and so good. You can rub it with just about anything you want. In the video below we give a Far East or Asian feel by using a spicy Chinese BBQ sauce. You can use just about any Hoisin, plum or Asian style BBQ sauce you already know you like. We'll also show you how to make a simple salad also with that Asian feel.

Ingredients:

Semi boneless quail (we use 2 per person) and your choice of sauce as a rub. I like red chili flakes on top for a little zing.

The Dressing we made consists of;

Rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, sea salt, black pepper, Rick's Chef Salt, and a small amount of whatever sauce you use on the quail.

To Make:

Heat your oven to 450°, rub the quail with your favorite sauce and bake. They should only take about 12 to 15 minutes.

End Note

Quail makes a great "lighter meal!"
