Here we use the meat from a whole pork loin roast so the cooking
time is minimal.
Sliced pork loin, olive oil, minced garlic, red bell peppers,
mushrooms, onions, shallots, green peas, a touch of cream and
- Rick's Chef Salt and chopped fresh parsley.
olive oil and saute the chopped garlic, sliced or chopped red
bell peppers, (some Spanish sausages work well also) then add
the sliced mushrooms, stir, throw in the fideo and some water
and let cook a bit. Next add some green peas and season with
Rick's Chef Salt. While that's cooking slice
the cooked pork loin. When the pasta is almost done, add a
touch of cream and then the fresh parsley. Taste, season and
when it's done, then add the sliced pork loin stir and serve.
