Lamb's Selfish Pleasures

This is one of the many untold rewards of doing the cooking!


A leg of lamb bone, any pan or cutting board juices.

Seasonings - Rick's Chef Salt

To make:

Selfishly eat all the bone marrow by yourself. You can just eat it out of the bone or rub it in the juices from the pan or on the cutting board, whereas I usually sprinkle a little Rick's Chef salt on the board. Bread is a wonderful addition!
