Healthy ways to Thicken!

Some healthier alternatives to thicken different dishes, soups and sauces, with the goal to help lower the intake of animal fats, and in the case of chia seeds, to increase fiber! Most people already know how to use arrowroot and cornstarch, some even yogurt, here's a few more suggestions. Aioli, Hummus & Chia Seeds.
