Pureed Cauliflower

An
alternative to the potatoes with all the butter/sour
cream I tend to use. Make
almost the same way as mashed potatoes. The video just uses
a wire whip, but for a thicker texture you can use the Kitchenaid
mixer. Seasoned with: Rick's Chef Salt, sea salt, cracked
black pepper, touch of Aioli and thickened with hummus.
