Using Turkey Sausage & Whole Wheat Penne!

Ingredients:

Garlic
Shallots
Red & Green Bell Peppers
Diced Tomatoes
Whole Wheat Penne
Turkey Sausages (Italian Style)
Italian Herbs
Basil
Olive Oil
Rick's Chef Salt
Tomato Paste

Crushed Red Chiles (optional)
Serrano Chiles (optional)
Sheep's Milk Romano Cheese
Water

To make:

Start heating the water, and at the same time start sauteing the sausage in olive oil and a touch of water to somewhat steam. When the water is hot put the pasta in and start a timer. Take out the sausages when done. Rough chop all the vegetables, and start adding the vegetables beginning with the garlic and shallots. Slice the salmon and start heating a saute pan with some olive oil. Then chop the garlic and shallots and add them to the pan. When they begin to brown add Rick's Chef Salt, Basil and the Italian Herbs. Stir the pasta, add the bell peppers and a touch of water. Stir everything. Slice the sausages and add those and the diced tomatoes. Stir everything. Add the chiles if you want it spicy. Stir and check water and add more if needed before adding the tomato paste. Taste and season, check pasta doneness. When done strain add, final taste and serve. Add Fresh Sheep's Milk Romano if desired.
