See what you like when it comes to seasoning mixes. This is a fun way to test and develop your own recipe against those on the market! Set it up like a wine tasting and invite friends to make a great cooking theme party! Then, the next get together invite the same group, with each person or team making their own and have a taste-off!

Rick's Chef Salt

4 parts salt
1 1/2 parts granulated (or powdered) garlic
1 part granulated (or powdered) onion
1 part powdered celery
1 part Spanish Paprika
1 part ground black pepper
1/2 part ground white pepper
