Time is a major concern in a restaurant kitchen and it should be at home to. When you've got a pot boiling sometimes it's good to see what else can be done. This is just one suggestion of many for I could have steamed many things during this exercise for use later in the week.

Ingredients:

Rose Potatoes

This is just a simple how-to suggestion where we demonstrate how to make tonight's potatoes, which are cut in half and served with dinner, and sliced potatoes for sometime later in the week.
