Mini Chocolate Gateau

My wife says chocolate or nothing for dessert and for her, "fruit is for breakfast" so this is one of our favorite desserts. This is a mini version of what we served in the restaurant.

Ingredients for Chocolate Gateau (cake):

8 oz Dark Chocolate
1/2 cup water
1/4 # unsalted butter
5 eggs separated
1/4 c flour
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Please watch the video to see how to do this. Trying to explain the "moistness" of the egg whites and what the cake should look like when it comes out of the oven before you put a plate on it, is impossible in a written recipe.
