Minced Garlic

Minced
garlic is quick to make, and so useful.
Another personal favorite for grilling too!
Ingredients:
whole
peeled garlic cloves
Canola Oil
To
make:
Put
the garlic cloves in a food processor, then add a little canola
oil and run to desired consistency. I generally make two different
batches at the same time. I run it quickly to a rough chop,
take 1/2 out then run the rest till it's really fine.

Keeps for
weeks in the refrigerator.
