Herbs de Provence

How to make my favorite Herbs de Provence mix. You'll see in our recipes I use this mix for so many things. It's a personal favorite for grilling too!


4 parts thyme
2 parts basil
2 parts summer savory
1 part lavender flowers
1 part fennel seed

To make:

Mix together and store in a air tight container until ready to use.
