Fresh Lima Bean Salad

The texture and flavor of fresh Lima Beans is completely different from the dried. They are so good!

Ingredients:

Fresh lima beans, olive oil (or fat of choice), Rick's Chef Salt, salt and some Italians herbs. Add some water and steam them just a short time (3 to 5 minutes). I added a little ice to cool. I added diced carrots and celery, red wine vinegar, fresh minced garlic, Rick's Chef salt and some Italian herbs. Mix, then chop and add some romaine lettuce. I ended up adding a touch of mustard also!
