Dish of the Year


One of the fastest, easiest, and most versatile dishes there is! This is more of a demonstration video to give you an idea of what Fideo is all about. Watch and you'll see a number of different ways to make some very unique versions.

Fideo has quite a history with the dish first being mentioned in the Libre de Sant Sove in 1324.


Just about anything you want, and that's the beauty of this dish!

To make:

Most of making a fideo is in the prep. Once you have the ingredients together the dish rarely takes more than 15 minutes to make and serve.

This also a great dish to "clean our the fridge!"
