You CAN make a
Chocolate Mousse
in less than 10 minutes!

Probably one of the quickest desserts there is. Just make it ahead so it can cool and set!

In this video I gather all the ingredients, talk you the whole way through the entire process, even having to run to check the recipe (because I forget how much cream to use with this small amount) and even whipping the cream by hand.

All in less than ten minutes!

Ingredients:

Small
3 (or about 1/4 cup) egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
4 oz milk chocolate
4 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup Water
Large
6 (or about 1/2 cup) egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups Heavy whipping cream
8 oz milk chocolate
8 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup Water

To make:

After you gather your ingredients, melt the chocolate in the water as shown. Set aside and in a separate bowl whip the cream until nice peaks form. Add the egg yolks and the sugar to the chocolate mixture. Mix well then add the chocolate mixture to the already whipped cream and fold or stir in till there's no streaks. Refrigerate and serve!

End Note

You can make numerous additions, a little vanilla or coffee liquor, almost anything you want in small amounts.
