Recommended Suppliers Chef's Toys Fountain Valley & Torrance

I love this place and it's one of the few fully loaded restaurant supply stores that's open to the public. Many years ago, Steve (the owner) used to be right around the corner from our restaurant in a little shop in downtown Tustin. He was (and still is) the best knife sharpener around. Now he has 3 stores full of, well, chef's toys and serious stuff too!
