"Tomato Soup"

This was a very popular soup at the restaurant. I think you'll find that it's easy, healthy and very good. Best part is there's so many variations that are just as quick!

To make;

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Add Rick's Chef Salt, salt, Italian Herbs, parsley and basil. Let it cook for a bit then add tomatoes of choice. Stir and cook for a while then add water. Bring to a boil, let cool a little, puree, season and finish as shown.
