squash liked it.
To make;
Cut
squash at an angle and about 3/8 inches thick. Heat pan, add
canola oil, minced garlic, and cook until bright green. Add Italian
herbs, then salt & pepper to taste. Top with Sheep's Milk
Romano cheese.
